  • Profit Trend — area chart of profit over the same period style
  • Stock Status — pie of inventory mix (for example In Stock vs Low Stock segments from your data)

How to read each chart

Sales Trend

Rising line = stronger billing period. Flat or dipping weeks signal follow-up on quotes and collections.

%

Profit Trend

Shows whether profit is keeping up with sales — useful next to Total Profit for the current month.

Stock Status

Visual share of healthy vs at-risk inventory — pair it with Low Stock and Out of Stock KPI cards.

M

Monthly Comparison

Compare periods via Charts → See More / Stock Overview layouts (especially on mobile).

Tip

Charts refresh with Dashboard data. After big invoice or stock changes, reload the Dashboard (or wait for the next fetch) so trends match the latest books.

Frequently asked

Can I change the chart period on web?+

The web Dashboard does not expose a period toggle — it prefers the monthly series from the API, otherwise daily. Mobile See More offers extra chart layouts.

What if a chart looks empty?+

New businesses with little history may show placeholder sample series until real sales, profit, or stock activity exists.
