Can I change the default template later?+
Yes. Choose another template and set it as default whenever your branding or printer setup changes.
Do WhatsApp and email use the same PDF?+
Yes. The previewed PDF (with the selected template) is what gets shared; the message body comes from the predefined template for that channel.
How do I collect payment after sharing?+
Pair the send with Online Payments when you use payment links — open /features/payments from the features list.
