Settings

Open from Profile → Settings. Configure Invoice Settings (Transaction, Payment, WhatsApp, Reminder, e-Invoice, Custom Field), Company Profile, User Info (CA / Salesman / Custom roles), Personal Info, and Partners. Save stays locked until Complete Onboarding finishes.

WhatsApp Tab

Create module-based WhatsApp message templates. When a user presses WhatsApp on Sales Invoice preview (or other modules), that template loads — and the same template is used for auto-send WhatsApp.

What this tab is for

  • Define WhatsApp message templates per module (for example Sales Invoice, Sales Order, Quotation / Proforma, Purchase documents as available)
  • When the user opens a document preview and presses WhatsApp, the matching module template loads as the message
  • For auto-send WhatsApp (reminders / automated flows), Billoxy uses the same module template
  • Edit and Save so both manual share and auto-send stay consistent

How end users experience it

  1. 1Admin configures Sales Invoice template under Settings → WhatsApp and Saves
  2. 2User opens Sales Invoice Preview → clicks WhatsApp
  3. 3The Sales Invoice template text loads for the share message
  4. 4If auto WhatsApp is enabled elsewhere (for example reminders), the same template is used for that module

Tip

Keep templates short, clear, and include placeholders your product supports (invoice number, amount, due date). Test once from preview before enabling auto-send at scale.

Is this the same as Reminder WhatsApp toggle?+

Reminder turns channels on/off and schedules when to send. WhatsApp Settings define the message content used when WhatsApp is sent from preview or auto-send.
