Open Billoxy AI Chat at `/ai-chat` (Try AI Chatbot / header AI Chat). Ask in plain language or tap quick intents — Create Invoice, Business Report, Marketing Report, Billoxy Support, and General Help. Complements Dashboard AI Insights; plan permissions and request limits apply.

Create Invoice with AI

The Create Invoice intent asks the assistant to help you generate a professional invoice. Tap the card or send “Help me create a new invoice”, then follow the conversation with party, items, and amounts.

Use Create Invoice

  1. 1On `/ai-chat`, tap Create Invoice (or type Help me create a new invoice)
  2. 2Reply with customer / party name, items or services, quantities, rates, and tax hints
  3. 3Confirm totals and any GST / place-of-supply details the assistant asks for
  4. 4Finish in chat guidance, then open Sales Invoice in the panel when you need full edit, Approve, or e-invoice

What to include in your reply

  • Party name (customer already in Party when possible)
  • Item / service lines with qty and price (Item)
  • Whether it is GST or non-GST, and place of supply if relevant
  • Any discount, shipping, or notes you want on the bill

Tip

Create Invoice needs the create AI permission on your plan. For full invoice workflows (Approve, Collection Slip, returns), use Sales Invoice.

Does chat replace Sales Invoice?+

No — chat speeds drafting and guidance. Approve, print, e-invoice, and collection still run through Sales Invoice and related modules.

Create Invoice card is missing+

Your plan may hide create permission. Check Plans & permissions or upgrade under Subscription.
