Plans, permissions & limits
AI Chat intents are gated by plan permissions (create, report, marketing, help, support). Expired plans and request rate limits open a subscription modal so you can upgrade or wait for the limit to reset.

- support — Billoxy Support
- help — General Help
- basic — general conversational use when enabled
