Bank

Menu Cash/Bank → Bank Accounts (`/definitions/bank-account`). Create bank accounts, open Transaction Details for Collection, Payment, Cash Transfer, and Other Bank Process, and optionally compare statements from the grid.

History

Bank Transaction History

Bank Account - Transaction Details is the ledger for one account — running Balance, document numbers, and New Transaction for Collection, Payment, Cash Transfer, and Other Bank Process.

How to open it

  1. 1On Bank Accounts, flip the bank card
  2. 2On an account row, open Transaction Details
  3. 3Header: Bank Account - Transaction Details
  4. 4Top strip shows that account’s balance overview

Columns

  • Transaction Details — type and date
  • Invoice / Receipt / Document Number
  • Transaction Number
  • Process Details — party / process context
  • Amount
  • Balance — running balance after the row
  • Actions: Edit, Delete, Download (receipt template)

Create Collection Slip — money in from a Party.

Create Payment — money out to a Party.

Move amount between this bank account and cash (or another bank destination type).

Inflow or outflow of money with category and transaction type — bank-only.

Tip

Party ledger New Transaction can include Remittance and Add Payment/Collection — see Party → Transaction History. Dedicated lists: Payment In (collections) and Payment Out (payments). Bank history focuses on Collection, Payment, Cash Transfer, and Other Bank Process; Cash Transfer also uses Cash.

Frequently asked

Can I delete Opening Balance rows?+

Opening Balance lines are protected (Edit/Delete hidden). Adjust opening figures on the bank account form when setting up.

Is Excel export available?+

Yes on the bank history toolbar — export the ledger for reconciliation.
