WebSimple Start
Sign in with email or phone OTP, create a new account with the register wizard, or finish Complete Onboarding in-app if your profile is still incomplete. You can browse most of Billoxy early; creating documents and saving settings unlocks when onboarding is done. E-Invoice / E-Waybill also need separate Iris GST portal linking.
What you can use before onboarding is complete
With phone-only or incomplete onboarding you can look around Billoxy. You cannot create or save business documents or settings until onboarding is finished. E-Invoice / E-Waybill need extra GST portal linking even after the profile is complete.

Frequently asked
Why can’t I create an invoice yet?+
Onboarding is incomplete. Open Complete Onboarding from the banner and finish all steps. Until then create/edit/save stays locked.
Why can’t I use E-Invoice after onboarding?+
Profile onboarding is separate from Iris GST portal linking. Connect Iris credentials in Settings / E-Invoice before E-Invoice / E-Waybill.
Do I lose parties or items I viewed or set up while incomplete?+
No. Data already on the account remains after you finish onboarding.
