WebSimple Start
Sign in with email or phone OTP, create a new account with the register wizard, or finish Complete Onboarding in-app if your profile is still incomplete. You can browse most of Billoxy early; creating documents and saving settings unlocks when onboarding is done. E-Invoice / E-Waybill also need separate Iris GST portal linking.
Login
You can sign in in two ways: email and password, or mobile number (+91) with OTP. Forgot password is only for email accounts.
Two sign-in methods
- Email — enter email → enter password → sign in
- Phone — enter mobile (+91) → receive OTP → enter OTP → sign in
- Forgot password is only for email accounts
- If your profile is incomplete after sign-in, you will see Complete Onboarding

Email login
- 1Open login and choose Email
- 2Enter your email
- 3Enter your password
- 4Sign in — if profile is incomplete, finish Complete Onboarding when prompted
Phone login
- 1Open login and choose Phone
- 2Enter your mobile number (+91)
- 3Receive the OTP and enter it
- 4Sign in — browse the app; complete onboarding if the banner appears
Forgot password works only for email accounts. Phone users sign in with OTP each time (or after register set an email + password for email login later).
Frequently asked
What if I only ever used phone OTP?+
You can keep signing in with phone + OTP. If you never finished register/onboarding, use Complete Onboarding from the banner before creating invoices or saving settings.
Can I reset a phone-only account with Forgot password?+
No. Forgot password is only for email accounts. Use phone OTP to sign in, then complete onboarding and set email/password if you want email login later.
