WebSimple Start
Sign in with email or phone OTP, create a new account with the register wizard, or finish Complete Onboarding in-app if your profile is still incomplete. You can browse most of Billoxy early; creating documents and saving settings unlocks when onboarding is done. E-Invoice / E-Waybill also need separate Iris GST portal linking.
Complete Onboarding (in-app)
If your profile is incomplete, you will see a Complete Onboarding banner on Dashboard, Settings, and when creating documents. Finish the steps to mark the profile complete and unlock create/save.
Where you see it
- Dashboard — Complete Onboarding banner
- Settings — same banner while profile is incomplete
- When creating documents — prompted to finish onboarding
- Until done, some actions stay locked (create/edit/save documents and Save Settings)

Typical onboarding steps
- 1Verify email with OTP (if not done yet)
- 2GST yes/no → GSTIN or company details
- 3Personal details (name, password if needed)
- 4Business info (industry, type, size, turnover)
- 5Company address
- 6Submit → profile marked complete
After you submit
Profile complete
The Complete Onboarding banner should go away.
Create unlocked
You can create and save invoices and similar documents.
Settings
You can save Settings and edit company profile.
E-Invoice later
Still need separate Iris GST portal linking for E-Invoice / E-Waybill — see E-Invoice.
You can close the wizard and finish later. Browse stays available; create/save and Settings save stay locked until you submit Complete Onboarding.
Frequently asked
Will the banner go away by itself?+
It goes away when you submit Complete Onboarding and the profile is marked complete.
Can I finish later?+
Yes. Keep browsing; return to the banner when you are ready. Documents and Settings save stay locked until then.

If you stop early
If you start with phone OTP (or leave register unfinished) and later only log in by phone, your profile may still be incomplete — use Complete Onboarding from the banner.
View featureWhat you can use before onboarding is complete
With phone-only or incomplete onboarding you can look around Billoxy. You cannot create or save business documents or settings until onboarding is finished. E-Invoice / E-Waybill need extra GST portal linking even after the profile is complete.
