Menu Sales → Proforma Invoices (`/invoice/proforma-invoice`). Create quotations/proformas for customers, approve drafts, print/share, and Generate Sales Invoice when the deal is ready. Often follows a Sales Order and sits before the final Sales Invoice.
Preview, Templates & Share
Preview is the main working screen for quotation and proforma: choose templates, download or print PDF, share by WhatsApp or Email, open relative Sales Order, and convert to Sales Invoice.

What you can do on preview
- Browse templates and select the preferred PDF layout
- Download and Print
- Share by WhatsApp and Email
- Open Relative Order if this document came from or links to a Sales Order
- Convert to Sales Invoice when the customer confirms
- Open Edit, Delete, and related-document actions when allowed

Relative Sales Order
When a quotation or proforma is linked to a Sales Order, preview shows the relative order so users can jump back to the original commitment and compare customer, items, quantities, and totals.
View featureConvert to Sales Invoice
Once the customer accepts the quotation or proforma, users can convert it to Sales Invoice so the commercial proposal becomes the final bill with carried-over customer, items, prices, tax, and totals.

Quotation and Proforma reminders are based on due date timing: 3 days before, on due day, and 1 day after — through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email configured in Settings.
