DesktopReports & GSTR
Use the Reports group for Sales Summary, Purchase Summary, Expense Summary, Sales Purchase Total, Order Summary, and Data Transfer logs. GST users open GSTR at `/reports/gstr` to create GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B / GSTR-4 for a period, then Generate, Download, or Delete. Most reports support period filters and export.
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-4
For GST users, open GSTR at `/reports/gstr`, create GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, or GSTR-4 for a filing period, then Generate, Download, or Delete the return file as needed.
GSTR workflow
- 1Go to GSTR → `/reports/gstr`
- 2Create GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, or GSTR-4 for the chosen period
- 3Click Generate so Billoxy builds the return from your GST transactions
- 4Download the file for portal upload or archive
- 5Delete a generated entry if you need to recreate for the same period
Return types
- GSTR-1 — outward supplies summary for the period
- GSTR-3B — summary return typically used for tax payment / liability view
- GSTR-4 — composition / applicable GSTR-4 flow when your registration uses it
- Always select the correct period before Generate
- Available to GST users — company GST profile must be set

Actions explained
Create
Start a GSTR-1, 3B, or 4 record for a specific period.
Generate
Build the return from invoices and GST data in that period.
Download
Export the generated file for GST portal or backup.
Delete
Remove a generated entry so you can create again cleanly.
Reconcile Sales and Purchase summaries for the same period before Generate. Fix missing GSTIN or tax on Sales Invoice / Purchase Invoice documents first.

Download gives you the generated file. You still complete filing on the GST portal as required for your registration.
