Reports & GSTR

Use the Reports group for Sales Summary, Purchase Summary, Expense Summary, Sales Purchase Total, Order Summary, and Data Transfer logs. GST users open GSTR at `/reports/gstr` to create GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B / GSTR-4 for a period, then Generate, Download, or Delete. Most reports support period filters and export.

Sales Summary

Sales summary reports break down billed sales by customer, date, document type, and GST so you can review revenue and tax for any period.

What Sales Summary shows

  • Sales by customer — who bought how much in the period
  • Sales by date — day-wise or period trend of billed amounts
  • Sales by type — document / invoice type breakdown when available
  • Sales by GST — tax-oriented views for compliance checks
  • Source documents: Sales Invoice (and related sales docs in the period)

Typical uses

C

Customer focus

Find top buyers or quiet accounts for follow-up.

D

Date focus

Compare weeks or months before board or owner reviews.

T

Type focus

Separate invoice kinds when your books use multiple sales types.

G

Spot-check taxable sales before GSTR Generate.

Tip

Export Sales Summary after the period closes and before GSTR Generate so finance and GST work from the same cut of data.

Frequently asked

Why is a sale missing?+
