Menu Inventory → Stocks (`/definitions/stocks`). Record Stock In and Stock Out with product, qty, unit, date, and description. You can also adjust stock from Items via Bulk Stock Adjustment.
Bulk Actions & Related Flows
On the Stocks list, select rows to Delete or Excel Export. For opening or correcting many SKUs at once, use Item Bulk Stock Adjustment — then verify movements here.
Bulk on Stocks list
- Select rows → floating bar (Stocks Selected)
- Delete — only Stock In/Out adjustment types; error if invalid: Only 'Stock In/Out' stock adjustment types can be deleted
- Excel Export — export movements for accounting
- Change Status may appear in the chrome; treat list Status (Approved/Cancelled) as the source of truth for cancelled rows

When should I use Stocks vs Item Bulk Stock Adjustment?+
Use Item Bulk Stock Adjustment to set Add/Reduce across many products in one modal. Use Stocks Create for typed slips (Opening, Input, Usage, Scrap) with full Create Stock Transaction detail. Both affect warehouse qty; see Item for the bulk modal.
