Menu Sales → Sales Orders (`/invoice/sales-order`). Commit customer orders with tax inclusive/exclusive pricing, optional stock reserve, preview/share, Generate Proforma Invoice or Generate Sales Invoice, and due-date reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

Preview, Templates & Share

Sales Order Preview loads PDF templates — pick a template, download or print, share via Email or WhatsApp, create Proforma/Quotation, convert to Sales Invoice, and open relative documents.

What you can do on preview

  • Browse templates and select one for the PDF
  • Download and Print the PDF
  • Share: WhatsApp and Email with selected/default templates
  • Create Proforma / Quotation from this order
  • Convert to Sales Invoice — creates the bill and updates order status
  • Open Relative Proforma / Relative Invoice when already linked
  • More menu: Edit, Delete, related documents
  • Create New Sales Order shortcut when shown

Can I finalize a draft from preview?+

Use Edit from preview, then Create/Update (not Save as Draft). Return to preview to share, create Proforma, or convert to invoice.
