Purchase Order

Menu Purchases → Purchase Orders (`/purchase/orders`). Create supplier orders with parties and items, manage draft/approve, share/download, and Generate Purchase Invoice when goods/bills arrive.

Preview, Templates & Share

Purchase Order Preview loads PDF templates — pick a template (including Default), download or print, and share via Email or WhatsApp.

What you can do on preview

  • Browse available templates and select one for the PDF
  • Download and Print the PDF
  • Share rail: WhatsApp (Share via WhatsApp modal) and Email using default/selected templates
  • More menu: Relative Invoice, Edit, Delete
  • Generate Purchase Invoice when the order is not already fully linked to invoices
  • Create New Purchase Order shortcut to start another order

WhatsApp

Share via WhatsApp with the rendered PO PDF from the chosen template.

Email

Send the PO using email share with the selected/default template.

Switch templates before share so suppliers see your preferred layout.

Tip

Set a Default template once — then Download/Share from the list land on preview ready to send without re-picking every time.

Frequently asked

Can I finalize a draft from preview?+

Use Edit from preview, then Create/Update (not Save as Draft) to finalize. Then return to preview to share or Generate Purchase Invoice.
